Walter Zabrouski

Walter Zabrouski has extensive work experience in the senior living industry, holding various leadership roles throughout their career. Walter began their career as a Rehab Coordinator/Recruiter at Horizon Healthcare Staffing in 1999. From 2003 to 2004, they worked at Atria Senior Living as a Business Office Manager and later as a Regional Business Office Manager. In 2004, they joined Sunrise Senior Living as a Senior Executive Director in New York before being promoted to Executive Director in Texas. Walter also served as a Regional Director of Operations for Assisted Living Concepts in 2011. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as an Executive Director at Telesis Management Corporation - Monticello West. Walter Zabrouski then worked at Good Neighbor Care as a Senior Regional Director of Operations from 2013 to 2015. Currently, they hold the position of Regional Vice President of Operations at Sunrise Senior Living since July 2022.

From 2001 to 2003, Walter Zabrouski attended Long Island University, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management.
