Anita Palmer has been in the food and beverage industry since 2013, starting as a Food and Beverage Intern at Heritage Hotels and Resorts. Anita then advanced to various managerial roles at Omni Hotels & Resorts, Solitaire Restaurant, THE MODERN HONOLULU, and currently at Sunriver Resort as the Food and Beverage Manager at Crosswater Golf Club. Anita holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business.
