Alyson Shearer is an experienced professional in sales strategy and operations with a strong background in retail management and client relations. Currently serving as the Director of Sales Strategy & Operations at Sunrun since April 2016, Alyson leads a national sales channel of approximately 2,400 individuals, focusing on performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency. Previous roles include Sr. Manager of Retail Execution & Operations at Sunrun, Manager of Retail Fulfillment & Strategy at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, and various positions at Scholastic and Maxim Healthcare. Alyson's career began at Target Corporation as an Executive Team Leader - Marketing, and a foundational role was held as a Client Support Specialist at Barnes and Company. Alyson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and Wine Business from Sonoma State University.
