Lenox has a robust background in product management and innovation, highlighted by previous roles such as Senior Director of Product at TotalEnergies, where leadership of Smart Energy & Digital Lab initiatives was pivotal in fostering advancements in distributed energy resources and digital technologies. A foundational career began at SunPower Corporation, where diverse roles spanned engineering to product management, culminating in the successful launch of several energy management solutions.
