Daron Fowlks

Daron Fowlks is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in customer engagement and experience management across various industries. Currently serving as the VP of Customer Engagement at Sunrun since February 2024, Daron focuses on enhancing the solar customer experience through proactive engagement and system optimization. Prior to this role, Daron held the position of VP Global Customer Experience at Instacart and StubHub, managing customer interactions across multiple stakeholders and significant global markets. Daron's earlier experience includes a tenure as Sr. Director of Global Customer Experience at eBay, where a redesigned service strategy significantly improved customer satisfaction and reduced costs. Daron began the career as Vice President of Operations at IDT - Marketing Ally, overseeing operations and client relations for numerous Fortune 500 accounts. Daron holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Utah.
