Jennifer Sanosi

Jennifer Sanosi is an experienced professional in people analytics and project management, currently serving as the Head of People Analytics at Sunrun since June 2023. Prior to this role, Jennifer held various senior positions at Pfizer from September 2007 to August 2022, focusing on project management, HR data governance, and global HR information systems. Jennifer successfully advanced recruitment metrics for the Talent Acquisition team and led initiatives to ensure the value of reporting and analytical systems. Jennifer's earlier experience includes leadership roles in business intelligence at Time Life and Lillian Vernon Corporation, as well as consulting at IBM Business Consulting Services, where Jennifer managed data warehouse projects across multiple industries. Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with a concentration in Management Information Systems and a dual major in Spanish from the University of Virginia.
