Jennifer Wilson is an experienced professional in customer experience and operations with a strong background in the solar energy industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Experience at Sunrun since October 2012, Jennifer has held various leadership roles within the company, including Senior Director of Escalations & Prevention and Director of Legal Operations & Consumer Compliance. Prior to joining Sunrun, Jennifer worked as Assistant Director at Plaza Research San Francisco from October 2010 to September 2012, where responsibilities included project management for market research studies. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus in Marketing from Sonoma State University.
