As Chief Operating Officer, Production Director, and Head of Manufacturing, Steve has overseen significant financial responsibilities with a £27 million P&L, driving over £137 million in revenue across multiple boat lines and factories while managing teams of up to 600 staff. His expertise includes change management, financial oversight, process analysis, and quality improvement, utilizing lean principles to enhance production efficiency. Steve's earlier roles in production and electrical leadership have solidified a robust foundation in team management and operational excellence. Educational qualifications include a Level 7 in Strategic Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute and a Level 3 in First Line Management from NEBS.
