Ilana Brown is an experienced operations and customer success professional, currently serving as an Operations Advisor at Bright Harbor since October 2024, where the focus is on assisting clients in recovery post-natural disasters. Additionally, Ilana holds the position of VP, Customer Success at Sunset, and is a Customer Success Consultant for Level Up Disco, providing strategic guidance for early stage startups.
