Minghua Zhang

Minghua Zhang is an undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, expected to graduate in December 2024. Currently serving as a Manufacturing Intern at Sunset Healthcare Solutions since May 2023, Minghua drafted installation qualifications for new manufacturing equipment and introduced a validated process in injection molding that significantly reduces material costs. Additionally, Minghua is an Undergraduate Researcher in the Analytics for Human Development Lab and holds multiple leadership roles, including Student Ambassador and SOAR Peer Academic Advisor, where responsibilities include guiding prospective and incoming engineering students. As Operation Director and Vehicle Operation and Logistics Lead for Badgerloop, Minghua has further honed skills in operations management.
