Maude El Khoury

Maude El Khoury is an experienced legal professional currently serving as General Counsel and Group Legal Counsel at Sunset Hospitality Group since October 2020. As a co-founder of ME Green since 2013, Maude has played a significant role in the company’s development. Previous positions include Legal Advisor at Transguard Group (2016-2020), Paralegal for Middle East & Africa at Uber (2015-2016), and Paralegal for Middle East and Asia Pacific at Baker Hughes (2014-2015). Early career experiences also include an internship at the Court of Appeal of Paris and a traineeship at the Lebanese Parliament. Maude holds a Master of Laws in Corporate Compliance from IE Business School and has furthered education in mergers and acquisitions at The London School of Economics, US corporate law at New York University, and international criminal law at the Asser Institute, among other qualifications.
