Joe Labbe

Joe Labbe has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Joe is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Sunset Point Software, Inc. where they empower organizations to decommission legacy software. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President Managing Director at KnowledgeLake from 2019 to 2022. Joe also served as the CEO of RatchetSoft, LLC, the creator of the Ratchet-X RPA platform, from 2003 to 2018. Before that, they held the role of CEO at Primordial, Inc. from 2000 to 2002. Starting in 1996, Joe worked as a Senior Partner at USWeb/CKS/marchFirst until 2000. Joe also served as a Partner at Synergetix Systems Integration, Inc. from 1990 to 1996. Joe's experience includes working as a Senior Software Developer at Macmillan Publishing, Inc. from 1989 to 1990, and as a Special Analyst at Nielsen Media Research from 1986 to 1989.

Joe Labbe attended St. John's University from 1982 to 1986, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing with a focus on Marketing and Quality Assurance.
