Caitlin Deptula, CPRP, currently serves as the Customer Experience Manager at the Park District of Highland Park since April 2022, after holding the position of Customer Experience Supervisor at Gurnee Park District from November 2019 to April 2022. With a career beginning in 1999 at Wilmette Park District, Caitlin has extensive experience in recreation management, including roles as Building Supervisor and Supervisor of Aquatics, where responsibilities included staff supervision, payroll assistance, and daily operations. Prior experiences also include serving as Registrar at Northern Suburban Special Recreation Association, overseeing recreation software implementation, online registration, and scholarship programs. Caitlin earned a Bachelor's degree in Parks and Recreation Management with a concentration in Education from Northern Arizona University from 2008 to 2011.
