Jess Tavrou

Jess Tavrou is an experienced professional in data and insights, currently serving as Head of Data & Insights for both Melbourne Storm and Sunshine Coast Lightning since March 2022 and March 2024, respectively. Previous roles include Insights Analyst at Australia Post, Sessional Instructor and Subject Development at Victoria University, and Performance Analyst consulting for Hawthorn Football Club. Jess has a strong educational background with degrees in Sport Science (Football Performance), Sports Engineering, Business, and Product Design Engineering from institutions including Victoria University and Swinburne University of Technology.
