Chaminda Ratnayake has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries, currently serving as Field Manager at Sunshine Healthcare Lanka Ltd since March 2009, where responsibilities include overseeing a team of Senior Territory Managers and Medical Marketing Executives. Prior roles within the same company include Assistant Field Manager, Senior Territory Manager, and Territory Manager, focusing on demand creation and sales staff coordination. Prior to this, Chaminda worked as an Area Sales Supervisor at John Keells Holdings PLC from March 2003 to April 2008, managing sales territories and achieving budget goals. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Cardiff Metropolitan University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing, and a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy.
