Jean Abercrombie

Jean Abercrombie has extensive experience in human resources management across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Sunshine Communities, responsibility includes guiding directors and managers on disciplinary matters and overseeing recruitment for management positions. Previously, Jean held the role of Human Resources Director for Northaven Development Group, PET Investments, Vista Living Communities, and City Discovery, managing HR services for over 500 employees across multiple states. Additional experience includes HR roles at The William Fall Group, Owens Community College as a part-time instructor, Health Care Solutions, and Cavalear Realty Company/Cavista. Jean holds a Juris Doctor in Employment Law from The University of Toledo College of Law and a BA in Spanish, German, and Business from The University of Toledo.
