Tina Hacker

Tina Hacker, PHR, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Sunshine Communities since May 2023, Tina previously held the same title at the Hospital Council of Northwest Ohio from September 2015 to May 2023, overseeing human resource and payroll functions. Prior roles include Human Resource Manager at CommuniCare Health Services, managing HR functions for two facilities, and HR Manager at yB Management, LLC. Tina's career began at the University of Toledo Medical Center, progressing from Sr. Human Resources Rep to positions at Mercy Health Partners and St. Vincent Mercy Hospital, where comprehensive recruitment and HR tasks were managed. Tina holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from Lourdes University and an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Owens Community College.
