Courtney MacQuarrie

Courtney MacQuarrie is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate and commercial law. Currently serving as Vice President Legal and General Counsel at Sunshine Village Ski & Snowboard Resort since May 2014, Courtney has been involved in drafting and negotiating a wide range of agreements, updating company policies, and managing legal risks. Prior to this role, Courtney held positions as Legal Counsel at MNP LLP and as an Associate at Dentons, where responsibilities included transaction work and corporate finance. Courtney holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Saskatchewan and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Psychology from the University of Manitoba.
