Dick Glaunert

Dick Glaunert is known as “Mr. Sunshine” to all of their Sunshine residents. As Chief Happiness Officer, Mr. Glaunert makes resident satisfaction his top priority, and fields questions, concerns and comments from residents every day. Mr. Glaunert has over 30 years’ experience in retail management and operations, having spent most of his career at Kmart until he left to work at Holiday Retirement Corp., the nation’s largest independent living senior housing property management company, where he held posts as the Managing Director of the East and the West for over 70 retirement communities. Mr. Glaunert attended Winona State University in Winona, Minnesota.
