Pintu De has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years. Pintu is currently working as a Principal Engineer at SunSpear Games since May 2021. Prior to that, they served as a Project Manager at Ebest Solutions Pvt. Ltd. from May 2021 to January 2023. Pintu also worked as a Principal Engineer at Ingram Micro Cloud from June 2016 to May 2021. Pintu briefly served as a Team Manager at Ensim India Pvt. Ltd. from January 2016 to May 2016. Before that, Pintu held the position of Team Leader at Four Loops Solutions Pvt. Ltd. from March 2010 to January 2016. Pintu started their career as a Jr. Web Developer at ASSURGENT TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS in July 2008 and worked there until November 2009.

Pintu De completed their Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree from Dr. B.C.Roy Engineering College, from the year 2005 to 2008. Pintu also pursued the same degree at West Bengal University of Technology, Kolkata during the same period. The field of study for both degrees was focused on computer programming and specific applications.
