Carol Rich, M.A. Ed

Carol Rich, M.A. Ed has over a decade of experience in talent development, training, and education. Carol currently serves as the Senior Manager of Talent Development at Sunstar Americas, Inc., where they are responsible for identifying high-potential employees and implementing talent development programs. Prior to this, they worked as the Manager of Training and Development at OSI Group, where they built comprehensive learning programs and delivered training to employees at all levels. Carol also has experience as a Senior Training Specialist and Project Manager at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, where they created and conducted leadership and customer service training programs. Additionally, Carol has served as a Leadership Development Specialist at the International Association of Lions Clubs, where they designed and implemented culturally-specific training programs. Carol began their career as an Education Specialist at Changing Children's Worlds Foundation. Through their various roles, Carol has demonstrated their expertise in developing and delivering effective training programs and fostering employee growth and development.

Carol Rich, M.A. Ed has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Carol obtained their Bachelor's degree, although the start and end years are unknown. Carol continued their education at Northern Illinois University from 2005 to 2011, where they earned a Master of Arts degree in Education.

In addition to their degrees, Carol Rich also obtained several certifications. In October 2019, they completed a Project Management Course at Northern Illinois University. In August 2013, they obtained an E-Learning Instructional Design Certificate from the AMERICAN SOCIETY FOR TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT.
