Paul Bolens

Paul Bolens has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Paul is currently the Director Internal Audit Western Hemisphere - Sunstar Group at SUNSTAR GLOBAL since October 2018. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Group Internal Audit at Selecta from July 2016 to September 2018. From February 2011 to June 2016, they were the Global Technical Applications Manager (Finance and Compliance) at Parker Hannifin. Before that, they worked as an Audit Manager at ABB from April 2006 to January 2011, where they conducted risk assessment and managed various operational audits. Paul also held roles such as Controller-Assistant BU Controller at Barry Callebaut, Project Controller at VA TECH Hydro (Large Hydro), Controller at La Suisse Assurances, and Controller at Agriculture - Coffee. Paul started their career as a Sales Area Manager Credis Investment Funds at Credit Suisse and as a Finance Trainee at Barclays Investment Bank.

Paul Bolens obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) cum laude in Marketing from Business School Lausanne (BSL) from 1988 to 1991. Paul then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Accounting, Finance, Operations Management, and Macroeconomics from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School, attending from 1992 to 1994. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Certified Internal Auditor certification from The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc. in November 2007. Prior to their university education, Paul Bolens completed their Maturité Fédérale at Champittet from 1978 to 1986, though the field of study for this degree is not specified.
