Beth Stevens

Beth Stevens is currently serving as a Housing Coordinator at Metrocare Services, a position held since July 2023. With extensive experience in the yoga field, Beth has been an Instructor and Regional Director at Sunstone Yoga since September 2008, overseeing the southern region while also teaching at Sunstone Academy from June 2014 to July 2023, focusing on adaptive yoga and various essential topics for future yoga instructors. Additionally, Beth worked as an Adaptive Yoga Teacher with the Dream2Walk Foundation from May 2013 to July 2023, assisting individuals with spinal cord injuries in bridging the gap between physical therapy and home therapy. Prior roles include Private Lesson Yoga Instructor at GE Capital and Yoga Instructor at the YMCA of Metropolitan Fort Worth. Beth holds a Bachelor's degree in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of North Texas and is pursuing a Master's degree in Behavioral Sciences at the University of North Texas at Dallas.
