Aaron Reyes

Aaron Reyes is the Vice President of Corporate Finance and Treasurer at Sunstone Hotel Investors. Aaron has over fifteen years of experience in the finance and investment banking industries. Prior to joining Sunstone, Aaron was a Vice President at Morgan Stanley in their Real Estate Investment Banking group. At Morgan Stanley, they worked on a variety of capital markets and M&A transactions totaling nearly $23 billion.

Aaron began their career as a Finance Manager at Accenture. Aaron then transitioned into investment banking and worked as an Associate at Banc of America Securities in their Real Estate, Gaming, and Lodging Investment Banking group. Aaron later joined Bank of America Merrill Lynch as a Vice President in their Real Estate Investment Banking group. At Bank of America Merrill Lynch, they worked on several large transactions, including advisories for premiere public and private real estate and lodging clients.

Aaron Reyes received their MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management in 2009.

Aaron Reyes has a MBA in finance from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BS in finance from Pepperdine University.

Aaron Reyes reports to John V. Arabia , President & CEO. They are on a team with Bryan A. Giglia - Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, Robert C. Springer - Executive Vice President & Chief Investment Officer, and Olivier Kolpin - Vice President – Tax.
