Rachel Sullivan

Rachel is the Director of Talent within the Portfolio Operations Group of Sunstone Partners. Rachel focuses on senior level recruiting and advises on talent initiatives across portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Sunstone Partners, Rachel was an Executive Recruiting Consultant for SymphonyAI a $1B AI investment firm focused on placing senior executives across sales, customer success, product, marketing and technology within enterprise technology. Prior to working in Private Equity, Rachel worked for several years for high growth B2B SaaS technology organizations such as Apttus and athenahealth in addition to global recruiting for a Research & Advisory consulting firm, Forrester Research.

Born and raised on the East Coast, Rachel recently lived in Boston, MA and prior to that NYC. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Niagara University with a concentration in Marketing in Upstate New York where she currently resides.
