Jenita Trivedi has more than 12 years of work experience in the banking and business analysis field. Their most recent role is as a Product Owner / Technical Service Owner at SunStream Business Services since March 2022. Before that, they worked at Fifth Third Bank as a Lead Business Analyst / InfoSec Engineer from June 2017 to December 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Lead Business Analyst / Scrum Master at Amegy Bank from April 2016 to April 2017. Jenita Trivedi also worked as a Sr. Business Analyst / Scrum Master at Bank of Baroda from January 2013 to June 2014 and as a Business Analyst at Bank of India from September 2010 to December 2012.

Jenita first attended Gujarat University from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Microbiology, General. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Operations Management from The University of Findlay, attending from 2014 to 2016. Following this, they enrolled at the University of the Cumberlands, completing their Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer and Information Systems Security from 2017 to 2019.

Additionally, Jenita Trivedi obtained two certifications. In 2017, they obtained the Scrum Master Accredited Certification from the International Scrum Institute™ (Scrum Institute). In 2022, they obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Scrum Alliance.
