Chetan Chauhan currently serves as the Assistant General Manager - Talent Management at Sunsure Energy since October 2023. Previously, Chetan held significant roles at Reliance Brands Limited as Lead - Talent Management & HR Business Partnership, where responsibilities included developing and implementing talent strategies for a large workforce across multiple brands, and providing strategic HR partnership to business leaders. Chetan's experience also encompasses leadership positions in learning and development at Devyani International Limited, Bestseller Retail India, VF Brands India, and Yum! Restaurants India, where expertise ranged from e-learning initiatives to management trainee programs and operational excellence. Chetan holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, along with a Diploma in Training and Development and a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management and Catering Technology.
