Nolan Smith has 18 years of experience in operations management. Nolan started their career at Shamrock Foods in 1995, working as an Operation Manager for 15 years. In 2010, they joined FreshPoint Inc. as an Operations Manager, where they worked for 3 years. Since 2013, Nolan has been working as an Operation Director at Suntastic (Huron Produce Ltd), where they manage all operations of inbound and outbound repacked production items, ensuring a safe and organized environment for the facility.
