Pramod Johnson

Pramod Johnson has extensive work experience in various roles related to performance engineering, platform delivery assurance, and quality assurance.

At SunTec Business Solutions, they served as the Performance Engineering Team Head, where they led a team of 5 and was responsible for prioritizing performance tuning tasks, contributing to product performance tuning, benchmarking, troubleshooting, and code review. Pramod also focused on team performance review, talent building, reusable component development, and skill development.

Prior to that, Pramod was the Platform Delivery Assurance Team Head at SunTec Business Solutions for six months. In this role, they managed a team of 10 and was accountable for overseeing major platform releases for different clients.

Before joining SunTec, Pramod worked at McFadyen Digital as a QA Lead, contributing to ATG and OCC engagements with manual and automated functional testing. Pramod was also involved in process improvements, tools development, automation framework, and reusable component development as an active contributor to the Centre of Excellence.

Additionally, Pramod has experience working as a Senior QA Analyst and Associate QA at McFadyen Digital, as well as a Member of Technical Staff at Ortiva Wireless (Acquired by Allot Communications) and various roles at STAG Software, including Test Lead, Senior Test Engineer, and Test Engineer.

Pramod Johnson's education history begins in 2000 when they enrolled at VLB Janakiammal College of Engineering and Technology. Pramod pursued a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunications, completing their studies in 2004. In 2005, Pramod attended Cranes Varsity for a Postgraduate Diploma in Embedded Systems, completing the program within the same year.

In addition to their formal education, Pramod Johnson has obtained multiple certifications. In 2013, they became a Certified Tester Foundation Level through the ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board). In 2014, they achieved certification as a Certified Professional in Selenium Automation Testing through the Agile Testing Alliance. Pramod further enhanced their qualifications by completing a Management Development Programme on Communication Effectiveness Lab for Managers at the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode in 2015. In 2016, they obtained the certification of Certified Advanced Test Analyst from the ISTQB. Most recently, in June 2021, Pramod received a Certification of Participation in a Master class on Getting started with Project Management from enxcl Business Solutions Pvt Ltd.
