Elena Usova

Elena Usova currently serves as the HR Manager at Suntech Circuits since September 2022, bringing extensive experience in human resources from previous roles. At FINELINE GLOBAL UKRAINE from August 2018 to July 2022, Elena executed a range of HR functions including managing personnel files, coordinating schedules, and overseeing employment contracts and reports. Prior to that, Elena worked as a legal adviser at the Kharkiv Regional Information-Analytical Center of Medical from June 2017 to July 2018, focusing on the development of legal documents. Elena's earlier experience includes serving as a specialist legal adviser at the municipal enterprise "Zhilkomservis" from February 2007 to September 2016, where interaction with law enforcement and litigation support were key responsibilities. Elena holds a Master’s Degree from Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University, as well as a bachelor's degree from Earthinators Climate School and a junior specialist degree from Humanitarian and Technical Institute.
