Lisa Boyles has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on talent management, employee engagement, benefits administration, and HR strategy. Lisa has held leadership positions at SunTech Medical, American Anesthesiology, Critical Health Systems, Inc., Commonwealth Health Corporation, and Humana. Lisa'sroles have included Vice President of Talent & Strategic Programs, Director of Talent & Engagement, Regional Director of Human Resources, and Vice President of Human Resources. Lisa has demonstrated expertise in areas such as benefits administration, acquisition & integration, employee relations, policy development, budget process, and executive/board interaction. Lisa has also developed and implemented programs in HRIS solutions, performance management, total compensation, and employee opinion surveys. Lisa has a strong track record in managing multiple HR aspects and ensuring successful accreditation.

Lisa Boyles attended the College of Charleston from 1986 to 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
