Heather Boyd

Heather Boyd is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in transformation and change management within the spirits industry. Currently serving as VP of Global Transformation and Change Management at Suntory Global Spirits, Heather focuses on organizational design and AI transformation. Prior to this role, Heather was the Managing Director of Ready to Drink Beverages at Beam Suntory, where executive management and P&L oversight were key responsibilities. As Chief Product & Innovation Officer at Acreage Holdings, product launch and innovation were central to operations. Heather's career began at Diageo, where various roles included Chain Sales Director and Brand Director, with a focus on team building, sales management, and turnaround management for prominent brands such as Smirnoff Ice, Crown Royal, and Johnnie Walker. Heather holds degrees from Cornell University and Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
