Timothy Mote

Timothy Mote has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Suntory Global Spirits. Previously, Timothy held the position of Senior Director of Talent Acquisition & University Relations at The Kraft Heinz Company, as well as multiple roles at Kraft Foods Group, including Director of Talent Acquisition & University Relations and Associate Director positions. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Motorola - Mobile Devices, where Timothy was Director of Human Resources for Talent Management and Global Staffing Manager, among others. Timothy began a career in recruitment at Manpower Inc. and holds a BA in International Business with a minor in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside.
