Tommy Quimby

Tommy Quimby is a seasoned beverage industry professional with extensive experience in various managerial and ambassadorial roles. Currently serving as the Maker's Mark Heritage Manager - East at Suntory Global Spirits since July 2021, Tommy previously held positions at Lyre's Spirit Co. as U.S. Brand Ambassador and Brand Ambassador, focusing on non-alcoholic spirits. Tommy's career includes key leadership roles at prominent establishments such as Virgin Hotels San Francisco, where responsibilities included managing beverage programs and staff training, and Rich Table, where Tommy contributed to the restaurant achieving its first Michelin star. Other notable experiences include opening bar manager positions at Cafe Du Nord and Aatxe, as well as a bartender role at the award-nominated Trick Dog. Tommy holds a BFA in Graphic Design from James Madison University.
