Kate Gleeson

Kate Gleeson has extensive experience in human resources and diversity, equity, and inclusion across various organizations. Since March 2019, Kate has held multiple leadership roles at Frucor Suntory Oceania, including Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Lead and Talent Management Lead. Previous roles include Senior People & Culture Business Partner at Chapman Tripp and People & Organisation Business Partner at Mars. Early career positions involved HR Advisor and HR Assistant at Mishcon de Reya, as well as HR Coordinator roles at Sass and Bide and Langham. Kate began a career in HR as an Administrator at InterContinental Hotels Group. Kate holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management and Marketing from the University of Canterbury, earned between 2006 and 2009.
