Alexander Duwell

Alexander Duwell is an experienced engineering professional specializing in dam safety and civil engineering. Currently serving as the Principal Engineer Dams at Sunwater since January 2023, Alexander has previously held prominent roles including Senior Civil Engineer Dams at Sunwater and Lead Dam Engineer at WaterNSW from January 2017 to January 2023. With a solid background that includes roles such as Dam Engineer and Dam Surveillance Engineer at WaterNSW, as well as Civil Engineer at Damwatch Engineering Ltd, Alexander has developed expertise in dam safety surveillance and monitoring. Alexander's career began as a Cadet Engineer at Brisbane City Council, following a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering earned from Queensland University of Technology in 2007.
