Rebecca Jameson

Rebecca Jameson's work experience begins in 2005 as a Resourcer/Researcher & Recruitment Assistant at Downing Teal. Rebecca then worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Chandler Macleod in 2006 before becoming a Recruitment Coordinator (Contract) at GHD in 2007. From 2007 to 2013, Rebecca worked at Leighton Contractors, initially as a Recruitment, Remuneration & Benefits Advisor and then as a Recruitment Lead (Strategic Sourcing). In 2014, they joined Kramer Ausenco as the Group Manager - People & Performance, where they oversaw HR services for the organization until 2021. In the same year, Rebecca also worked as a Human Resources Consultant Contract at CPB Contractors. Currently, they are employed at Sunwater as the Human Resources Operations Manager, where they act as the GM People & Change during periods of leave, coaches and mentors HR Business Partners, and leads a team of 6 in driving operational HR activities and employee engagement.

Rebecca Jameson pursued their Bachelor's degree in HR Management from the University of Southern Queensland in 2010. Following this, they enrolled at RMIT University in 2017 to pursue a Master's degree in Human Resource Management.
