Ryan Croukamp began their work experience in 2007 at Rio Tinto, where they held various roles including HR Manager Systems, Senior Specialist Business Architecture, Senior Advisor HR Systems, Technical Delivery Coordinator, Project Manager, Technical Analyst, PM Solution Delivery, SAP Functional Support, and Data Migration Coordinator. Ryan worked at Rio Tinto until 2019. In 2020, Ryan joined Queensland Health as an HR Systems Manager, and in 2022, they joined Sunwater as a Senior HR Systems Analyst. In between, from 2020 to 2022, Ryan served as the Chief Executive Officer at a company called GOATCOAT, which focuses on simplifying and automating HR administrative tasks through technology.
