Ju Chiae Tan Clayton currently serves as the Deputy Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior General Manager, Head of Organizational Development at Sunway Group since April 2021. Previously, Ju Chiae Tan held the position of HR Director for Southeast Asia at Vinda Group SEA from February 2017 to March 2021 and was General Manager, Head of Group HR at KLK Oleochemical Group for a brief period in 2016. Other notable roles include Managing Partner at WorkExcite PLT, General Manager and Assistant General Manager, Head of Human Resources at Sunway Construction Group Berhad, and various positions at AIG and OCBC Bank focusing on learning, talent management, and development. Ju Chiae Tan began a consultancy career at IBM and has a strong educational background, holding an MBA from Charles Sturt University and a Bachelor of Science with First Class Honours in Computer Science from the University of Hertfordshire.
