Joe Seroke

Joe Seroke currently serves as Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Commercial Real Estate at Sunwest Bank since March 2025. Prior experience includes Senior Vice President roles at Real Capital Solutions, managing a $1.8 billion commercial real estate debt portfolio, and KeyBank. Joe's tenure at PNC spanned over a decade, where significant achievements include leading a $1.3 billion growth portfolio in the Pacific Northwest and Western Canada, as well as managing various commercial real estate portfolios in multiple regions. Joe's earlier career featured positions at National City Bank, where contributions included support for credit analysis and financial reporting. Joe holds an MBA from Penn State University and a BA in Marketing and Finance from Marietta College.
