Courtney D'Allaird is an experienced professional in intercultural student engagement and diversity training, currently serving as Associate Director at the University at Albany since August 2011. Courtney has developed and implemented comprehensive diversity training programs, led inclusion initiatives, and created strategic plans focusing on resource acquisition and programming. Additional roles include Senior Adjunct Professor in Sociology at The College of Saint Rose and Senior Anti-Bias Trainer in a self-employed capacity.
