Jay P. Nash

Jay P. Nash serves as the Associate Director for PISCES at the Center for Policy Research and as a Senior Fellow for the Project on International Security Commerce and Economic Statecraft at the University at Albany since April 2011. Since March 2017, Jay P. Nash has also been the Principal at Nash Global Trade Services. Previous roles include Executive Associate and Managing Director of Strategy and Development at SECURUS Strategic Trade Solutions, LLC from October 2010 to March 2018, and Senior Research Associate at the UGA Center for International Trade and Security from May 2005 to September 2010. Early career experience includes serving as a Senior Associate at Tucker Alan Inc. from July 1998 to July 2000. Academic qualifications include an MA in Security Studies from Georgetown University, a JD in International Law from the University of Iowa College of Law, and a BA in Political Science from the University of Michigan, along with immersive programs in Chinese law and language.
