David Bugg

David Bugg has a diverse work experience in education and law enforcement. David is currently a Professor Contributor for The Wall Street Journal's Education Team, where they author Critical Thinking Resources focused on criminal justice. Prior to this, David worked as an Associate Professor at SUNY-Potsdam from 2013 to the present, and as an Assistant Professor from 2007 to 2013. David also served as a Program Manager at the Law Enforcement Management Institute of Texas from 2002 to 2007, where they administered grants, managed budgets, coordinated with faculty, and assisted with research projects.

David Bugg attended Texas Woman's University from 1997 to 2006, where they pursued a Bachelors, Masters, and Ph.D. in Sociology.
