Jakub Nalaskowski

Jakub Nalaskowski serves as the Planarization Center Leader at SUNY Poly SEMATECH since September 2014, focusing on advanced CMP test vehicle development and process benchmarking. Prior to this role, Jakub was a Senior Research Scientist at Cabot Microelectronics from April 2011 to September 2014, where responsibilities included advanced characterization of CMP components and the development of CMP slurry formulations. Jakub's experience also includes a tenure as a Research Staff member at IBM from March 2008 to April 2011, where studies centered on CMP fundamentals and surface cleaning techniques. Earlier, from 1999 to 2008, Jakub held various positions at the University of Utah, contributing to research on wet surface chemistry and interactions in dispersed mineral systems, with a focus on flotation processes.
