Daniel Jones

Daniel Jones is an accomplished academic with extensive experience in mechanical engineering technology. Currently serving as an Associate Professor at SUNY Institute of Technology since 2009, Daniel also holds a similar position at SUNYIT since 2001. Prior roles include Assistant Professor at Central Michigan University from 1998 to 2001 and Instructor and Research Associate at the University of Pittsburgh from 1996 to 2001. Daniel began a career in research as a Cooperative Researcher at the Pittsburgh Energy Technology Center from 1991 to 1996. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, obtained between 1991 and 1998, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University (1980-1985), and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University (1980-1984).
