Richard Fields

Richard Fields has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Richard began their career in 2008 as a Private First Class 25B Information Technology Specialist in the United States Army, where they served until 2011. In 2015, Richard joined GNC as a Store Manager and later moved to Walgreens as an Assistant Manager in 2016. Richard'stransition to the technology field occurred in 2017 when they joined SUNZ Insurance Solutions as an IT professional. During their time at SUNZ, Richard held roles such as Desktop Support Technician, Network Administrator, and Azure Administrator. In 2020, they assumed the position of Information Security Manager with the company. Richard's work experience showcases their ability to adapt to different industries and acquire diverse skill sets.

Richard Fields attended Rocky Point High School from 2004 to 2007, where they studied Computer Science. After completing their high school education, Richard obtained several certifications in the field of Information Technology. In September 2009, they received the Security+ certification from CompTIA. Richard furthered their expertise by obtaining various Microsoft certifications, including Microsoft Certified Azure Security Engineer Associate in June 2020, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate in January 2019, Exam 697: Configuring Windows Devices in April 2018, MCP Configuring Windows 10 in April 2018, and MCSA Windows 10 in April 2018. Richard also acquired the Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA Routing and Switching) certification in September 2018. Richard'smost recent certification is the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) which they obtained from (ISC)² in July 2020.
