Jan Enlund

Jan Enlund has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries and roles.

Starting from the present, Jan is currently working as an Information Technology Development Manager at Suomen Asiakastieto Oy. Prior to this, from 2016 to 2022, Jan worked as a Senior Consultant at Loihde Advisory, where they were responsible for requirement specifications, process, product, and service development. Jan also acted as a technical project manager or product owner in named projects during this time.

Before joining Loihde Advisory, Jan worked as a Senior Service Manager at FNX Solutions Oy from 2014 to 2016. In this role, they were responsible for the development of services and products, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction. Jan also served as a senior technology and business area consultant for named customers and projects. Jan also played a role in sales support and participated in sales opportunities and tenderings.

From 2012 to 2014, Jan worked as a Customer Developer at Cinia, where their responsibilities included concepting new products and services at the Smart monitoring department. Jan also played a significant role in the development and launch of Cinia's new Extranet and the integration work around it.

Prior to Cinia, Jan held the position of a Product Manager at TDC Oy from 2007 to 2012. At TDC Song Oy, from 2004 to 2007, Jan worked as a Product Manager and was responsible for product management and development for large companies and SMB segment. Jan also worked as a solutions support engineer and project manager in sales support.

Jan's earlier work experience includes a role as a Mobile Technology Expert at Yleisradio Oy from 2003 to 2004, a Research Assistant at Elisa Communications Oyj from 1999 to 2002, and a Research Assistant at Helsinki University of Technology from 1998 to 1999.

Jan's career began as a Summer Trainee at IVO Tuotantopalvelut Oy in 1997.

Jan Enlund has a diverse education history. In 1991, Jan Enlund attended Virkby Gymnasium and completed their high school education in the field of General studies. From 1995 to 2003, Jan Enlund pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Interactive Digital Media and Telecommunications from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan.
