Vesa Arjovuo

Vesa Arjovuo has an extensive work experience spanning several companies and industries. Vesa started their career in 1991 as a Collection Lawyer at Collection agency Contant Group and held various roles such as Managing Director, Area Manager, and Collection Lawyer until 1996.

From 1996 to 2004, Arjovuo worked at Radiolinja Oy, a mobile operator. Here, they served as Billing Manager, Financial and HR Director, and Sales Director/Director of the business unit. Vesa successfully productized and delivered customer care and billing services for new mobile operators.

In 2004, Arjovuo joined Elisa as IT Manager and later became the Service Director/Head of Department. Vesa led a team responsible for service development and delivery, integrating mobile and fixed line processes, and implementing them into a new billing and customer care system.

Arjovuo then moved to Citibank in 2007 as the Operations & Technology Manager. Vesa led the Operations & Technology unit, overseeing customer service, underwriting, collection, and IT functionalities of the consumer business.

From 2009 to 2012, Arjovuo worked at Aktia Bank plc as the Director of Lending. Vesa was responsible for loan business, products, and processes, and served as a board member of affiliated companies.

Currently, Arjovuo holds multiple roles at Suomen Asiakastieto Oy. Vesa is the Manager of Digital Processes BA Finland and the Development Director. Previously, from 2013 to 2016, they were the Business Development Manager.

Arjovuo's career highlights include productizing services, integrating processes, implementing new systems, and successfully leading teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.

Vesa Arjovuo obtained their Master of Laws degree from the University of Turku between the years 1986 and 1991. Vesa pursued their studies in the field of Law during this period.
