Kaisa-Maria Korkeamäki

Kaisa-Maria Korkeamäki is a communications professional with extensive experience in various roles related to customer communication, digital content production, and marketing. Currently serving in the Communication department at Suomen tulli – Finnish Customs since April 2023, Kaisa-Maria also held a prior communications position at the same organization from March 2021 to October 2022. Previous experience includes roles as a Content Designer and Planner at VR Group, where responsibilities included UX writing, content management, and collaboration in agile scrum teams. Kaisa-Maria's career began at Valio, where significant roles included Producer for Finland Sales and Marketing, focusing on employer branding and sponsorship communication, and Business Manager for Cheese and Butter, leading projects with profit and loss responsibility. Kaisa-Maria holds a Master of Arts in Communication and Digital Media from the University of Vaasa and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Applied Sciences, Diak in Turku.
