Timo Korhonen

Timo Korhonen is a highly experienced professional in the fields of project development and facilities management. Currently serving as Hankekehitysjohtaja at Aura Rakennus Oy and Toimitilajohtaja at Suomen tulli – Finnish Customs since May 2022, Timo has also held significant leadership positions including Liiketoimintajohtaja at Arkkitehtitoimisto ARK Takala Oy from April 2016 to February 2022, and Toimitusjohtaja at Exoteriko Oy for a brief period in 2015. Previous roles include Osastopäällikkö at Sweco asiantuntijapalvelut, Rakennuttajapäällikkö at Senaatti-kiinteistöt, and Pääsuunnittelija at Arkkitehtitoimisto Matti Takala Oy. Timo holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Tampereen ammattikorkeakoulu, earned between 1995 and 1999.
